Our guests expect nothing less than unique and iconic creations from Checkers & Rally’s––our buildings included. In order to make it stress-free to new Multi-Unit Franchise owners, we assign each franchisee a real estate manager as well as a construction manager. The team will help source sites and efficiently build the best location possible.

Developing a new location usually takes around 18 to 24 months, depending on the restaurant format. We have multiple restaurant prototypes to fit on the franchisees choice of real estate, from our standard 1,008 sq ft double drive thru to our 570 sq ft single drive through locations.
