Our guests expect nothing less than unique and iconic creations from Checkers & Rally’s––our buildings included. The modular drive-thru restaurant design is versatile enough for almost any location and it’s built for the “new normal”.  In order to make it stress-free to new Multi-Unit Franchise owners, we assign each franchisee a real estate manager as well as a construction manager.  The team will help source sites and efficiently build the best location possible.

Developing a new location usually takes around 6 to 12 months, depending on the restaurant format. Our nimble modular restaurants with closed kitchens are constructed off site in a controlled environment and delivered to the location site.  As a result, our development process yields a quicker turn around time allowing our franchise owners to open faster.
